Exhibitors:  Confirmed exhibitors may book at the Hilton Anaheim, for a rate of $209.  The Anaheim Marriott is reserved for attendees only.  A link to the Hilton hotel booking site will be sent to the exhibit booth contact.  If you need the link resent please contact kprezzi@naylor.com.   Please note any room block of 10 or more required approval from NAFA and submission of a sub-block request form.  Large blocks booked without NAFA approval are subject to cancellation.

Rate includes: Guest room internet and waived resort fees.


Marriott and Hilton are both adjacent to the Convention Center and across from each other.  Between them is the Grand Plaza event space, so attendees will not need to cross a street to get from either hotel to the Center or between hotels.

 

Additional Hotel Information

Group Reservations: For those wishing to reserve 10 or more rooms, please fill out the Sub-Block Housing Request Form.   Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted with details for setting up a room block.

Government Rate: The current government per diem is currently $173 per night plus taxes.  If you qualify for this rate please do not use the online link and call the hotels directly to book your room.  You will need to mention NAFA, supply a code which will be included in your registration confirmation and let the hotel know that you are booking in the government block.  You will be required to show your qualifying credentials upon check in.

Housing Cut Off Date: Rates listed below are valid until March 30, 2018.  After March 30 rooms are offered at hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.     
                                                                                      

Deposits & Cancellations: At 60 days before show a deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation. Such guarantee will serve to confirm the reservation for the dates requested. Credit cards will be charged one night‘s room and tax. These deposits are non-refundable.  At 7 days prior to show, the hotel will charge the full stay’s anticipated fees and taxes.  This payment is non-refundable.  In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee may be assessed. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
