These features are offered to all exhibitors and sponsors as long as they maintain their booth/sponsorship for the rescheduled in-person event in September.  Our goal is to help you maintain your marketing reach during the months leading up to NAFA’s 2020 Institute and Expo.

Enhanced Online Exhibitor Directory
The easy to use online dashboard, gets your business on the fast track and offers an easy to use portal connecting your sales team to your prospective clients.  All exhibitors will be included in this enhanced program including the ability to add videos, schedule demos, upload white papers, brochures, photos and anything else you can think of to help you connect to your current and potential customers.   Stay tuned for more details.

 

Exhibitor Features in Bi-weekly I&E Attendee Email
NAFA will feature exhibitors who upload resources into our exclusive Exhibitor newsletter which will be sent bi-weekly to all attendees.  These emails will drive attendees to your company prior to our event providing qualified leads months ahead of NAFA Institute & Expo. 

 

Sponsored Industry Webinars 
Have an engaging case study, best practice or inventive solution you would like to share?  NAFA will be scheduling a small number of 30-minute webinars for exhibitors allowing you to showcase how you can help solve the challenges facing today’s fleet managers.  Webinars will be archived in NAFA’s Learning Management System once they are broadcast live online to attendees.  Send your webinar concept to Events@nafa.org for consideration for one of the 30-minutes webinars.    

 

Marketing List: Mailing & Eblast 
You can still reach out to registered attendees via Mailing List.  Any company purchasing a mailing list will be able to use it twice. First, the current list will be sent within 72 hours of purchase and then second, updated list will be sent the week of September 1st.  Eblasts are also available for purchase and will be delivered in the three weeks leading to I&E.

For those companies that have travel restrictions for the remainder for 2020 or unable to maintain your exhibitor booth, we are providing flexibility in terms of refunds and conversions to sponsorships for future programs.
