Next create your graphics:
Kiosk: 120 x 90 px
Poster: 185 x 265 px
- Video 510 x 285 px
- These image sizes are best practices guideline for graphics, but so long as images maintain a simular aspect ratio and are high resolution, the platform can re-size them.
Then, finalize your media to include in your booth:
Video – can be an imbedded video
Poster – can be static image, download link or hyperlink
Kiosk – can be static image, download link or hyperlink
Not Shown: Download menu (will be in image header) can include 6, 10, or 15 downloads (depends on booth package). These can be the same from the Posters and Kiosk or different ones.
Finally, Submit Set Up Document
Your salesperson will send you the order form and directions for submitting your graphics and information to the booth set up team. NAFA provides full assistance through the virtual platform team in setting up your Booth to make sure that your video, poster and kiosk media elements are set up correctly. You don't need to be a digital virtual booth specialist to exhibit, your assistant will do all the hard work.
